The Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction may lead to hypermobility or hypomobility at the joint, resulting in pain andirritation. Patient complains of dull aching on affected side. increases during activities whileturning, sitting, bending acquired standing posture.The gets referred either groin, gluteal region posterior aspect thigh. With without associatednumbness, groin and one side is more common than bilateral. This joint dysfunctioncan be managed conservatively using physical agent modalities such as electrotherapy, laser therapy, ultrasound,longwave, rest, exercises, manual mobilisation.Purpose Of Study: To determine effectiveness Mulligan Mobilisation Muscle Energy Technique inSacroiliac Dysfunction.Material And Method Used: 700 subjects were screened include 72 with diagnosis sacroiliac jointdysfunction further haphazardly divided into two groups viz. therapy groupand group via block randomization, depending severity (mild, moderate, severe) usinglottery method.Results: values Visual Analogue Scale, Modified Oswestry Disability Questionnaire Pain Pressurethreshold within analysed Paired t-test between usingIndependent t-test.Conclusion: MET both techniques are operative treatment Dysfunction.
